RelocateAmerica.com has ranked Charlotte among the top 10 U.S. cities to live in

The Queen City is No. 7 on the list.

In compiling the list, RelocateAmerica.com’s editorial team reviewed nominations and selected the Top 100 Places to Live, as well as the Top 10 smaller categories of overall cities, recovery cities, recreation cities and small towns.

The editors based their findings on interviews with local leaders and feedback from residents, as well as economic, environmental, education, crime, employment and housing data.

Huntsville, Ala., ranked first on the list of 10 overall cities, followed by Washington, D.C., and Austin, Texas.
