the two most appealing aspects had nothing to do with money, but
instead, addressed the non-financial benefits of homeownership.
- 36% A Place to raise a family
- 26% Owning a Place of your own
- 14% A Nest Egg for Retirement
- 13% Financial Security now
- 8% Being part of a Community
- 4% Settling down
