Forbes: N.C. is 3rd-best state for business

North Carolina is No. 3 on Forbes' 2014 "Best and Worst States for Business."
That's a rung higher than last year's No. 4.

"With one of the highest net migration rates in the U.S., people have been flocking to North Carolina for the past decade." reads the report. "They are chasing jobs."

Virginia slips from No. 1 to No. 4, while Utah claims the No. 1 spot, up from No. 3.

The 10 best states are as follows:
1. Utah
2. North Dakota
3. North Carolina
4. Virginia
5. Colorado
